With Love Naturopathy practises in accordance with the ethical guidelines, professional standards, and codes of conduct set by recognised Australian naturopathic associations, including the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).

We are committed to providing respectful, ethical, and client-centred care, maintaining professional boundaries, informed consent, and confidentiality at all times. Services are delivered within our scope of practice using evidence-informed natural therapies and ongoing professional development.

We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and encourage clients to seek advice from their qualified medical practitioner for diagnosis, medical treatment, or urgent health concerns.

All consultations are conducted via telehealth, with client privacy and secure handling of personal information upheld in line with privacy legislation.

When purchasing services or products from With Love Naturopathy, payment and billing information is securely processed by third-party payment providers. Information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, payment card details, expiry date, security code, and billing address or postcode.

Booking Policy

Bookings for naturopathic consultations are available online via our booking system or by direct contact. All consultations are conducted via telehealth. A confirmation email and appointment reminders will be sent prior to your scheduled session. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and payment details are securely processed by third-party providers.

Pricing Policy

Service pricing is subject to change at any time. Promotional or discounted services are available only for the stated duration and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Cancellation Policy

With Love Naturopathy values both client and practitioner time. A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all consultations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur 50% of the consultation fee.

Appointment Changes & Non-Attendance

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Requests made within 12 hours may incur a 50% fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, including late arrival to a telehealth session, will result in 100% of the consultation fee.

If a practitioner is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Client Intake Forms

New clients are required to complete the initial intake form at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. Intake forms are provided at the time of booking. If forms are not completed in advance, consultation time may be used to complete them, and the full consultation fee will still apply.

Telehealth Etiquette

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared for their telehealth consultation at the scheduled time, including having a stable internet connection and a private space. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and additional time will not be provided for late logins.

Behaviour

With Love Naturopathy maintains a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Any aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the consultation, with 100% of the fee payable.
